About the Role
As a YouTube Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating text, images, and videos posted by our young users. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires a high level of autonomy, self-motivation, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
- Moderate user-generated content on our platform, ensuring it meets our community guidelines and standards.
- Review and analyze text, images, and videos to identify and address potential issues or concerns.
- Utilize your knowledge of the latest trends and cultural nuances to effectively engage with our young audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement content moderation strategies and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on content moderation activities.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in content moderation, customer support, or a related field.
