Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders from YouTube Activation Partners to develop and execute joint business plans, creating transformational roadmaps with our solutions and tools.
- Train Google stakeholders on the role and working model of partners and collaborate with sales teams locally to drive business growth.
- Identify pilot markets, customer lead lists by market, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to power activation.
- Partner with PR and Marketing to develop a comprehensive external communication strategy that promotes the benefits of these partnerships, including press releases and participation in relevant events and meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams on the evolution of the YouTube Activation Partner program, including qualification of new YouTube partners.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's diploma or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in online income, advertising, marketing, or business development.
- Experience in consumer relationship control and cross-functional project control.
- Knowledge of video advertising and marketing, particularly on the YouTube platform.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling a partner or customer relationship at scale in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and take ownership of tasks from inception to completion.
- Understanding of contextual advertising, the concepts of reach and frequency, or suitability.
- Knowledge of the benefits of API or device integrations, or experience working with Google API availability.
- Ability to recognize complex technical standards and communicate them effectively to a non-technical audience.
- Great and persuasive customer-facing and relationship control abilities.
