Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old and living in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work independently from home, with minimal supervision, and meet productivity and quality standards
- Have a strong understanding of computer systems and technology, with the ability to navigate through multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Experience working from home or in a remote environment
- Strong technical skills, with experience using multiple software systems and applications

Training Requirements:
As a new Customer Service Representative, you will be required to complete a mandatory training program, which includes:
- 1st Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm
- 2nd Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm
- Weekend Training – 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm
