About the Role
We are looking for highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a full-remote basis, working weekends only. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, or other means as needed, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
- Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Record detailed notes of customer communication, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value and importance to our business.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, using sound judgment and effective communication skills to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our customer service delivery.
- Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, being flexible and responsive to changing priorities and requirements.
Essential Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a customer service capacity.
- Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service skills, with a clear and articulate telephone voice, and excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting performance targets.
- Experience with a multi-line phone system, Microsoft Office, and various cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, with proficiency in data entry and word processing.
- Upbeat and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to maintaining the reputation of blithequark and our clients.
- Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization, being flexible and responsive to changing priorities and requirements.
