**Responsibilities**
As a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest offerings and features.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
* Providing exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed as a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above preferred).
* Strong ability to multitask, with a handle on basic internet and window-based computer skills.
