**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
* A quiet and distraction-free workspace
* A computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
* A USB headset and webcam
* At least one 15" or larger monitor
* Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (direct Ethernet connection preferred)
**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or virtual environment
