Key Responsibilities

- Carefully identify the answers to the questions you expect our customers to have during each conversation, providing accurate and helpful information
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to pharmacists or other specialists when necessary
- Provide technical support to customers while browsing our website, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to meet productivity and quality standards

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- More than 6 months of professional experience working with computers and web applications
- Experience in multitasking, phone, and computer skills
- A wired broadband internet connection with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- The ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two weeks' notice
- Ability to work in a private, home environment free of distractions and able to fully concentrate on the client during business hours
Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of customer service experience via phone or email
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills
- Experience working in customer service or call center environments
