About the Role
As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and guidance on a range of healthcare-related topics. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where no two interactions are the same. You'll have the flexibility to work from home, with a schedule that may vary to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
- Carefully identify the answers to customer questions, taking ownership of issues and resolving them whenever possible.
- Provide technical assistance to customers while browsing our online platforms.
- Serve customers in a timely manner, maximizing our relationship with them and building long-term connections.
- Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payments, as well as shipping needs.
- Deliver exceptional service experiences, operating in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and adaptability.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications.
- Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills.
- A high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
- The ability to work in a private environment, free from distractions.
- Flexibility to change your schedule frequently, with two weeks' notice.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
- Work experience in the medical field.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
