Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (5-10 hours/week). Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging boards in Canva using branding and colors, and linking them to relevant content
- Manage Amazon listings, including product optimization and customer service
- Meet weekly with clients via Zoom to discuss progress, goals, and any concerns
- Manage links and engagement on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
- Manage email inboxes, working with clients to create and implement rules for efficient email management
- Manage Pinterest accounts, creating and scheduling content to engage with target audiences
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be working with a range of platforms and tools, including:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with Canva, including creating engaging graphics and designs

- Intuitive organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Availability to work 5-10 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust as needed
- Location in the Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
