**Role Overview**
As an Experienced Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with various aspects of our short-term rental business, including:
* Guest and reservation management: You will be the primary point of contact for our guests, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience from booking to check-out.
* Virtual property management: You will work closely with our property owners and managers to coordinate housekeeping, arrange amenities, and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
* Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating with our cleaning team, ensuring that our properties are always clean and ready for our guests.
* Addressing guest issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner: You will be the go-to person for resolving any issues that may arise during a guest's stay, working closely with our property owners and managers to find solutions that meet our guests' needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Guest and reservation management:
+ Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
+ Resolve guest issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
+ Process reservations and ensure accurate information is provided to guests
* Virtual property management:
+ Coordinate with property owners and managers to ensure properties are clean and ready for guests
+ Arrange amenities and services as needed
+ Provide accurate information about properties and neighborhoods to guests
* Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination:
+ Schedule and coordinate with cleaning team to ensure properties are clean and ready for guests
+ Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
* Addressing guest issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner:
+ Respond to guest issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
+ Work closely with property owners and managers to find solutions that meet guests' needs
**Success Metrics**
* Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries (less than 1 hour)
* Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP
* Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
* Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Airbnb customer service
* Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed
