About the Role of a Utility Auditor
As a Utility Auditor, you will play a critical role in providing utility and invoice management services to a portfolio of clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and accurate management of community utility bills and the generation of individual resident invoices. This involves working closely with our data entry team and clients' utility providers to resolve escalated invoices and complete system-generated audits, maintaining our high standards for timeliness and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the accurate and timely processing of data from client invoices, ensuring all information is correctly associated and processed.
- Resolve daily invoice exceptions to prevent delays in processing, utilizing problem-solving skills to research discrepancies between account balances and payments made.
- Coordinate with utility providers and other vendors to resolve problems that prevent an invoice from being processed, fostering strategic relationships to ensure client needs are met.
- Collaborate with clients and utility providers to resolve system-generated audits on utility invoices, ensuring proper procedures and follow-ups are executed according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist team members as needed to fulfill their job duties, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Partner with other departments when taking on new properties to ensure a smooth transition for the client, contributing to the overall success of our clients and the growth of our company.
- Collaborate with Utility Service Managers and other internal teams to ensure client needs are met, aligning with our mission to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Accountable for meeting department metrics and KPIs, driving performance and continuous improvement in our utility and invoice management services.
Essential Qualifications
