Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality reference materials and training content to help external teams get up to speed with our toolset
- Debug and troubleshoot issues with our tools and workflows, working closely with our development team to resolve complex problems
- Escalate complex or problematic issues to our tool development team, tracking progress in JIRA and ensuring timely resolution
- Advocate for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams, driving enhancements that improve efficiency and quality
- Partner with other engineers to develop new tools and processes that improve our content creation capabilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary discussions to drive features from concept to completion, ensuring that our tools meet the needs of our content creators
- Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all work-related interactions, maintaining the high standards expected of a Netflix team member
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional support. The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience supporting a live service or tool environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with it
- Proficiency in C# code, with the ability to read and understand complex technical concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with external partners and stakeholders
- A positive attitude and ability to receive and provide objective and constructive feedback, driving continuous improvement
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously
