As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing first-level technical solutions, answering inbound customer queries, and building positive customer relationships. You'll work from home, using your skills and expertise to resolve technical issues and provide personalized solutions to our customers. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **Associate's degree or certification** from an accredited program in technical and/or clinical education * **Experience** with electronic documentation systems and technical or clinical/medical device support roles * **2 years** of experience in technical or clinical/medical based device support roles * **Previous contact centre experience** is an asset * **Working knowledge** of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel * **Must be at least 18 years old** * **Excellent communication and comprehension skills** * **Ability to type 30 wpm** and successfully pass our language/grammar screening * **Excellent home internet** (hardwired connection only – no Wi-Fi permitted) **Responsibilities** As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * **Providing first-level technical solutions** in regards to installation, operation, and maintenance of products * **Answering inbound customer queries** and building positive customer relationships * **Ensuring requests are handled appropriately** by coordinating with various functions within the company * **Scheduling service calls** and following up with customers/clients * **Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues** using established diagnostics tools and procedures * **Accurate data input** using prescribed applications * **Exceptional call handling soft skills**, including active listening, empathy, and reassurance **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Technical expertise** in electronic documentation systems and technical or clinical/medical device support * **Excellent communication and comprehension skills** * **Ability to work independently** and as part of a team * **Strong problem-solving skills** and ability to troubleshoot technical issues * **Excellent time management and organizational skills** * **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment** and prioritize tasks effectively **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
