As a Studio Performer and Group Fitness Instructor at Life Time, you will have the opportunity to teach a variety of exciting and challenging group fitness classes, including Barbell Strength, LifeBarre, Warrior Sculpt, Xtreme, Strike, Kettlebell Kombine, and Gluteus Maxout, among others. Your role will be to provide exceptional instruction, educate participants on proper form and technique, and create a positive and supportive environment that fosters engagement and motivation. You will also be responsible for promoting Life Time Fitness programs, products, and services, and encouraging participation in Group Fitness classes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for fitness and instruction, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
