Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning, recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent).
- At least two years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling.
- Knowledge of academic policies and procedures, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner and strong customer support focus.
- Ability to learn technical skills quickly, with a strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
