Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes with precision and care
- Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretching journey, promoting a positive and welcoming environment
- Build and maintain a strong StretchLab membership base, driving client retention and acquisition through exceptional service
- Ensure client safety by adhering to proper stretch techniques and enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules
- Participate in staff meetings, educational presentations, and ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
- Address member concerns and collaborate with sales associates and the General Manager to drive studio growth
- Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client engagement and retention
- Keep equipment clean and well-maintained to ensure a seamless client experience
Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
To succeed as a Stretch Therapist / Flexologist at StretchLab, you'll need:
- A certification or state licensure in a relevant field, such as massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction
- Experience working in a fitness or healthcare environment where you provided hands-on training and guidance to clients
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals
- A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies
- Availability to complete our comprehensive 3-day Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training
Preferred Qualifications: Adding an Extra Layer of Expertise

- Previous experience in a boutique fitness environment or a related field
- Knowledge of stretching techniques, mobility, and flexibility training
