Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Skills:

- Previous Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Social Media Proficiency: Proficient in navigating and engaging on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a remote work environment, meeting productivity and performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software: Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Disney Products and Services: Familiarity with Disney products and services, including but not limited to movies, TV shows, theme parks, and consumer products.
