Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' design experience, with at least 2 years focused on social media design
- Experience using 3D software like Blender or Cinema 4D
- An online portfolio or demo reel showcasing your creativity, design, and type layout skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range, with the hiring range for this position in New York, NY being $89,900 to $120,500 per year, and in Los Angeles, CA being $85,800 to $115,000 per year. The base pay will be determined based on internal equity, geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, as well as a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
