Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to our web and mobile applications, providing timely and accurate responses through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including their features, functionality, and technical requirements, to provide expert-level support to our customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, enhancing customer value and driving business growth.
- Work closely with our peer teams, including Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management, to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize customer retention.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives, sharing feedback and best practices to enhance our support processes and drive efficiency.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including ticket resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and case volume targets.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Communications.
- At least 2 years of experience in providing SaaS (Software as a Service) customer support to organizations with complex products and services.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on problem-solving, communication, and empathy.
- Experience working with various helpdesk software, including Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, and LiveAgent.
- Strong knowledge of fundamental web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, with a strong focus on adaptability, flexibility, and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership or mentorship role, with a strong focus on developing and implementing best practices for customer support.
- Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices.
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
