Job Overview
As a Senior Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and ensuring that they have an exceptional experience with our platform. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Doordash customers to answer how-to questions and investigate issues with the Doordash platform
- Deliver a "human-first" experience and resolve customer issues through voice and written interactions across chat, email, phone, and Doordash tools in a timely and accurate manner
- Become a subject matter expert in Doordash products, both at a technical and customer use-case level
- Identify opportunities to help customers maximize their value from Doordash and drive customer engagement and retention
- Work with leadership to improve organizational efficiencies, share feedback, and implement best practices to drive customer value and growth
- Collaborate with peer teams (Sales, Onboarding, Account Management, Maintenance, etc.) to drive customer engagement and retention
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience providing Software as a Service (SaaS) customer support to businesses, with a focus on driving customer value and growth
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support and driving customer satisfaction
- Experience working with online software or SaaS products, or IT experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with fundamental web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript)
- Experience working with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Radio, Salesforce, Twilio, etc.)

- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
