Job Overview

In this strategic role, you will serve as a liaison between our business and technology partners, leveraging your expertise to drive the future of our people systems. As a key member of our People Systems Team, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop efficiencies, provide exceptional user experiences, and ensure compliance requirements are met within our Workday system. Your innovative mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering on numerous projects that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate reports summarizing business, financial, or monetary records for analysis by Executives, Managers, Customers, and other Stakeholders
• Participate in Enterprise projects, providing subject matter expertise in people data and analytics strategies
• Resolve escalated issues through research and analysis of discrepancies in employee records
• Ensure data integrity is maintained by accurately interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure capabilities and next stories meet expectations
• Communicate with key Stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
• Conduct analysis and identify solutions to business problems
• May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in HR and Payroll systems, as well as advanced-level experience in functional support and expertise in Workday configuration. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and advanced expertise and experience with Workday configuration in HCM and Recruiting are preferred. Jira experience is also useful but not required.

Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, managing documents and records, stenography, and transcription
• Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination strategies and techniques, including alternative methods to inform and entertain through written, oral, and visual media
• Knowledge of concepts and processes for employee recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and employee data systems
• Skilled in the use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Skilled in identifying complex problems and reviewing related data to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
• Skilled in identifying how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and environment will affect outcomes
• Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions, including finding a relationship among unrelated events
• Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand
• Ability to tell when something is incorrect or is likely to go wrong, which does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem
