**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
### Information Extraction
* Recognize and extract information from various sources and compile it into a comprehensive report
* Utilize data entry skills to accurately and efficiently process large datasets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline information collection, storage, and analysis processes
### Information Perception and Revealing
* Develop visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders
* Ensure precision and clarity in data presentation, enabling informed decision-making at all levels of the organization
* Work closely with data analysts and scientists to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets
### Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize information collection, storage, and analysis processes
* Share expertise and knowledge on data-related projects and initiatives
* Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions
### Information Quality Assurance and Integrity
* Execute thorough quality assurance cycles to maintain the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis
* Identify potential biases and recommend actions to mitigate them
* Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to develop and implement data quality control processes
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 4+ years of experience in SQL with Large Query or similar platforms
* 4+ years of experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
* 4+ years of experience in leading data analysis and interpretation
* 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Understanding and experience working with digital media tech stack
* Familiarity with DMPs/DSPs/SSPs/Google Cloud Platform/Adobe Marketing Cloud
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across functions
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
