Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Define and implement policies and procedures for the day-to-day operational and administrative management of systems and data, including data intake, storage, processing, and transmission.
- Data Quality: Establish data-quality metrics and requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to detect and correct data-quality issues, and contribute expertise to understand root causes and implement corrective measures.
- Privacy, Security, and Risk Management: Develop guidelines and protocols to protect data, ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations, and strike a balance between transparency and privacy.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in data analysis, a keen understanding of data management principles, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The following qualifications are essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 11+ years of experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities, with a proven track record of leading projects and ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Experience with business workflow processes, ETL tools, and data analysis software, including Curam software (V6 or higher) and Tableau.
- Strong experience in healthcare data, with a proven ability to deliver business intelligence solutions and work with large data sets and multiple interfaces.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of statistics and research methodology, with experience in data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
