We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in the North East region, ideally based in New York or Boston. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving revenue expansion. You will serve as the voice of the customer within blithequark, advocating for their needs and ensuring that our solutions meet their evolving requirements.

The annual base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer variable/bonus compensation and equity incentives, aligned with individual and company performance.
