Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join our Worldwide Public Sector team, focusing on helping the U.S. Space Force achieve its cloud transformation goals. As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey. You will work closely with AWS account managers, solution architects, and service team subject matter experts to remove obstacles, solve customer problems, and facilitate mission workload transformation.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
