JDA TSG's Tax Services Group is on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced Tax Associate to join our team on a part-time, seasonal basis. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a wide range of shifts available, including weekends and evenings. As a Seasonal Tax Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in providing superior customer support to our clients via video, phone, and chat. You'll be responsible for helping customers work on their tax returns, navigating software and network connectivity issues, researching and answering complex tax questions, and preparing returns. Your expertise in tax preparation and technical ability will be essential in creating an excellent customer experience. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer problems in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction. You'll also be responsible for carefully documenting all customer interactions.

We offer a competitive salary of $31 per hour, plus incentives and bonuses. You'll also have access to a range of benefits, including 401K with a match, perks, and other incentives. As a seasonal employee, you'll have the opportunity to work from mid-January through April 16, 2025, averaging 15-20 hours per week. Additional/overtime hours may be available during peak periods.
