Job Overview
We are looking for highly skilled and motivated Seasonal QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Experts to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding small business owners through their bookkeeping challenges and helping them get the most out of QuickBooks Online. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in Accounting/Bookkeeping and finance to contribute their expertise during the busy season.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to small business owners via video and audio support, helping them navigate their bookkeeping challenges and get the most out of QuickBooks Online.
- Utilize your expertise in QuickBooks Online and ProAdvisor Certification to troubleshoot complex bookkeeping issues and provide solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of QuickBooks Online, and provide training and support to our clients as needed.
- Meet or exceed productivity and performance targets, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and support that exceeds their expectations.
Essential Qualifications
- 3-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, with a strong background in financial management and analysis.
- At least 1 year of QuickBooks Online experience and ProAdvisor Certification, with a deep understanding of the software and its features.
- A strong passion for helping customers via video and audio support, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
- Availability of a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

- Experience working with small business owners and entrepreneurs, with a strong understanding of their unique challenges and needs.
