Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Seasonal Customer Success Supervisor to join our team on a temporary, seasonal basis from August 2025 to December 2025. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of remote customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional customer experiences, and driving team performance to meet key productivity and customer satisfaction metrics.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay rate for this position is $50k/year, annualized, with actual earnings prorated based on the time worked over the project duration. Please note that benefits are not provided for this seasonal role.
