About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Japan. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will provide our business customers with a first-class experience, driving maximum value against their requirements, and ensuring a strong account health score. You will be instrumental in helping define our customer success motion, meaningfully shaping our future product, and driving business revenue, all while having a blast doing it!
