Job Summary

The Retail Location Partner position offers an exciting opportunity to succeed in a fast-paced, high-impact, client-centered role, working both independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others. As a Retail Location Partner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, performing various store operations tasks, and supporting the pharmacy staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized client service by anticipating client needs, demonstrating empathy and care in all interactions, and proactively identifying and resolving potential service issues
• Focus on the client by offering a warm and welcoming greeting, maintaining communication, and offering assistance in finding additional items as needed
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in merchandise, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by the senior manager
• Support opening and closing store activities as required
• Provide client care to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring departments are fully stocked and operational while staying current with all updated services and tools
• Assist pharmacy staff as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our mission of helping people on their path to better health

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Past experience in a retail or customer service setting is an asset
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift and apply up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including above lifting
• Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a workstation, reading, and visual inspection, including small parts/details

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
