**Job Description**
As a Retail Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for promoting an exceptional customer experience, leading a team of Associates, and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
### Key Responsibilities
* **Create a Positive Customer Experience**: Foster a culture of excellence by promoting a positive internal and external customer experience, ensuring prompt, courteous service, and promoting loyalty programs.
* **Lead by Example**: Engage and interact with all customers, maintain a clean and organized store, and model outstanding customer service.
* **Train and Mentor Associates**: Take an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, personalizing the customer experience, and promoting loyalty programs.
* **Assign Registers and Support POS Coverage**: Assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates.
* **Address Customer Concerns**: Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* **Ensure Task Execution**: Ensure Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritize as needed, and communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates.
* **Promote Credit and Loyalty Programs**: Promote credit and loyalty programs, support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs, and promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
* **Other Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
### Qualifications
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Customer Service Supervisor who possesses:
* **Availability**: Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
* **Merchandising Techniques**: Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
* **Multi-Tasking**: Capable of multi-tasking.
* **Communication and Organizational Skills**: Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* **Adaptability**: Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
* **Team Player**: Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
* **Training Ability**: Able to train others.
* **Leadership Experience**: 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
