Your primary responsibilities will include: * Greeting customers and proactively approaching them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience * Serving as the primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management * Providing register coverage as needed and ensuring strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions * Upholding arenaflex merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, engaging, and exceeds customer expectations * Proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience * Serve as the primary customer service provider at the front end, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information * Liaise between customers and management, escalating issues and concerns as needed * Provide register coverage as needed, ensuring that cashiers have the support they need to complete complex transactions * Uphold arenaflex merchandising and presentation standards, following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required;
