About the Role

The Remote Project Management Director will be responsible for leading the development and execution of high-value projects across the Reservations division, ensuring seamless project management, and fostering a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project management of high-value projects across the Reservations division, including project inception, planning, execution, and closure
• Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project contracts, project plans, risk and issue logs, and repositories
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams or stakeholders
• Assist in driving the development of the organization's culture at the functional level, ensuring strong engagement with stakeholders across the wider project
• Develop communication strategies and implement processes, activities, and programs that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency, increasing awareness of project expectations, change management, and impact
• Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and overall divisional portfolio management
• Maintain and establish effective relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional Delta teams
• Support the developing strategy and growth of the Reservations PMO capability and the development of a Center of Excellence for strategic portfolio management

You should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across the organization and build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience managing projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. Experience with PowerApps, SharePoint, and project management software is also highly desirable.
