Key Responsibilities
- Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Clarify orders as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
- Previous experience in pharmacy, with long-term care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred.
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Moderate to advanced computer skills required, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

- Frameworks / ECM knowledge is a plus, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve processes and efficiency.
