Essential Qualifications

- Experience working in a call center with a healthcare background, preferably in medical claims and/or insurance.

- Ability to undergo a criminal background check, provide proof of ownership of a High School Diploma, GED or Transcripts, and complete a drug screen testing (testing for THC as well).
- High Speed Internet with a minimal of 50 Mbps Download/20 Mbps Upload Speed, with the ability to hard wire via Ethernet cable.
- A quiet and dedicated workspace at home, with the ability to accommodate two monitors and a computer, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
