About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Agent who will handle inquiries for blithequark and the services it provides via inbound calls. As a Live Chat Agent, you will address and research customer inquiries, provide accurate and appropriate information, and ensure that our clients receive the best possible support. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive pay rate, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone inquiries and concerns using approved procedures and guidelines, ensuring the quality and integrity of the call
- Answer questions on various issues regarding benefits offered by blithequark
- Reset Personal identification of callers unable to self-serve in the Interactive Voice Response system
- Gather information, research and resolve inquiries, and appropriately document customer calls
- Read and interpret documents on file, understand and retain a large amount of information, and communicate effectively with clients
- Answer and respond professionally to escalated calls, should they arise, and communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
- Review customer needs and inform customers of services and resources available to them
- Stay alert and responsive, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support and service

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School diploma or GED
- Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but not required
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not essential
