Responsibilities
- Manage hotel reservations by handling inquiries, booking accommodations, and confirming room availability

- Assist guests during virtual check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process and addressing any special requests or concerns
- Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and exceeding guest expectations
- Stay up-to-date with hotel information, amenities, and services to ensure accurate and informed interactions with guests
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, resolve issues, and improve overall performance
Key Qualifications
