Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support Specialist to join our team at Blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you will act as a liaison between our clients and our organization, providing essential services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Client Needs Assessment: Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized support.
- Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Information Provision: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Sales Targets and Quotas: Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Record Keeping: Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Communication Procedures: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Client Engagement: Take the extra mile to engage clients and ensure their needs are met.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven Customer Support Experience: A track record of customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Quota Achievement: A history of over-achieving quota and meeting sales targets.
- Phone Contact Handling Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- CRM Systems Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer Orientation: Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Multi-Tasking and Time Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Education: High school diploma.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Experience in a Call Centre: Previous experience working in a call centre or customer service environment.
- Certification in Customer Service: Certification in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in Multiple Languages: Proficiency in multiple languages.
