About the Role
As a Data Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth data flow and accurate reporting across our organization. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining electronic communications (EDI) with customers, creating and maintaining periodic reports, and collaborating with team members to support various data systems. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in ensuring data accuracy and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and Support Electronic Communications (EDI) with Customers: Ensure seamless communication with customers through EDI, resolving any issues that may arise, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Create and Maintain Periodic Reports: Develop and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to customers, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Maintain Customer, Vendor, and Item-Related Data: Update and maintain accurate data related to customers, vendors, and items, including pricing, UPCs, and images.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to support various data systems, ensure data accuracy, and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with Other Data-Related Tasks: Provide support for other data-related tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
