Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer information, facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings, and interfacing with various teams to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Input a minimum of 6000 KPH with high accuracy, meeting timed deadlines and productivity standards.
- Process customer information from transmittal sheets and boxes, inputting data onto SKP or DCS.
- Verify customer records using the system and set up DCS screens.
- Transmit data to customers and research and resolve system data issues.
- Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents.
- Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams.
- Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader.
- Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards, as well as Health and Safety, Fire, and First Aid policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Computer with internet access and a quiet workspace away from distractions.
- Ability to work independently without immediate supervision.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to input a large volume of data accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- IT literate with knowledge of using Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role (not required but preferred).
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Data entry or administrative assistant experience.
- Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, or related fields.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to navigate a fast-moving environment with poise.
