- Identify and address breaks between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer representatives, resolving issues efficiently
- Handle corporate activity events, including settling and reconciling transfer activity and processing returns activity
- Perform research on complex or escalated issues, providing solutions and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams, including retail and institutional business teams, to deliver exceptional client services
- Communicate with external partners, such as fund companies, transfer brokers, and contra agencies, to resolve issues and provide support
