Key Responsibilities
- Scrub, research, and validate provider contract records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Update status in customer systems, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
- Research and install healthcare provider contracts, including verification of provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading.
- Retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents, utilizing excellent data entry skills.
- Analyze information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Apply healthcare and insurance domain knowledge, theoretical concepts, and best practices to undertake problem-solving and decision-making.
- Identify and resolve both routine and non-routine problems, escalating to more proficient team members as needed.
- Monitor email box and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work.
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office-related environment, such as office support, data entry, clerical, or customer service.
- At least 1 year of experience using a computer with Windows applications, including keyboarding, navigating multiple screens and computer systems, and learning new software tools.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills in a professional/office setting.
- Effective troubleshooting skills, leveraging research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Time management skills, with the ability to cope with a complex and changing environment.
- Knowledge of AS400, Windows-based systems, Excel Spreadsheets, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prior experience in the healthcare and insurance industries is an asset.

Schedule and Requirements
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (shift schedule may be changed as per client's requirements).
- 8-hour shift.
- Temporary position.
