In this exciting role, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls from customers of insurance companies that utilize our software platforms. Your primary tasks will include gathering and verifying information, entering data into forms, and answering questions about insurance policies. Our hours of operation are Monday to Sunday, 4 AM - 5 PM PST. As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be required to commit to 10 hours per week, with 5 of those hours being self-scheduled on the weekend. This is a 90-day opportunity, and your flexibility and availability to work varying shifts, including weekends, will be essential.
