Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and building sustainable relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing accurate and helpful information.

- Utilize your excellent communication skills to empathize with customers, build trust, and create a positive experience.
- Follow established customer service procedures, best practices, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in all customer interactions.
- Manage multiple customer contacts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related field (a minimum of 5 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple customer contacts simultaneously.
