About the Role

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our customers. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be working from home and must remain a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky. You will engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact Chewy for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your goal will be to research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
