Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming borrower calls, chats, and make outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Counsel and inform borrowers about their repayment options, deferments, and forbearance eligibility, taking payments and updating borrower accounts efficiently
- Locate needed information quickly and minimize hold times to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain the security and privacy of borrower information, protecting both the borrower and blithequark's partners
- Work an 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks, ensuring productivity and focus throughout the day
- Demonstrate strong computer skills, including the ability to multitask and type while talking
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college or a bachelor's degree preferred
- The ability to pass a pre-employment cognitive and personality assessment
- Eligibility to obtain a Federal 5C Security Clearance and credit check
- Residency in or near the Dallas-Fort Worth area
- Excellent organization, written, and verbal communication skills
- Access to home internet with at least 10 mg capacity and a router for an ethernet cord
- A dedicated workspace at home that is free from noise and distractions
