- Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of blithequark's products and services, as well as those of our assigned clients, to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments, when applicable, to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Utilizing computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications to manage customer interactions, update records, and track issues
- Providing standardized or scripted responses to customer inquiries, using basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes
- Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases, and determining basic reasons for customer issues using client-provided decision trees
- Escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 6 months of call center experience, either remote or onsite, within the last 18 months
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mid-shift to late shifts, weekends, and holidays, as part of your weekly schedule
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision, to achieve goals and objectives
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Previous experience working in a call center environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, as well as those of our assigned clients
- Experience with computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications, such as CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
