As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, support, and professionalism to our valued customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. Work Environment and Company Culture

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will work in a remote environment, with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We require applicants within a 50-mile radius of our Sacramento, CA location to pick up equipment onsite, while those outside this radius will be mailed their equipment.
