The Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) role at blithequark is designed to provide top-notch customer service to our diverse client base. Your primary function will be to provide inbound phone support to blithequark members throughout their membership lifespan. This role requires a strong ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions and support. As a CSR, you will be working remotely, with a schedule of 10am-7pm after completing the training program.
