**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of blithequark. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Receiving and processing payments in a timely and accurate manner
* Updating lot (vehicle) notes in the system to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Answering multi-line telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
* Engaging in face-to-face customer interactions to resolve queries and concerns
* Utilizing company resources to gather information and offer solutions that meet customer needs
* Contacting clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information and ensuring timely resolutions
* Filing documents according to established criteria to maintain accurate records
* Processing incoming and outgoing mail per established protocols
* Reading and interpreting various reports and documents to stay informed and up-to-date
* Properly completing sale documents to ensure accurate and timely transactions
* Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry
* A High School diploma or equivalent
* Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
